Roasted Beef

One of my favorite dinners are roast beef, potatoes and tea.

(Here is my final roast, I added BBQ and Sriracha sauce with some fried rosemary sweet potatoes.) Ingredients:
Fresh Beef Roast
1-2 cups of water
1 bottle of cane sugar Coca-Cola
2 tablespoons of garlic
2 tablespoons of onion
8 small peeled potatos
any desired veggies
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place beef in a crock pot and poke it with a fork. Add your 1-2 cups of water, until meat is 90% covered.

Add Coca-Cola, garlic and onion to the water (you can use minced garlic and onion slices).

Finally add potatoes and veggies, if desired, to your crock pot.

Let it cook for 5 hours on high. Check on it every couple of hours.

Pull out the meat and veggies when they are finished cooking. Shred the meat in a large bowl. Salt and pepper it to taste.

Add BBQ or Cajun seasons for a new twist. (4 tbsp of BBQ or 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning)
